Project Title: Online Health Monitoring of Composite Manufacturing Processes

I am developing an experiment using acoustic sensors which should (hopefully) enable defects and foreign contaminants to be detected during the additive manufacturing process.
I am looking to gain new skills in manufacturing engineering and to apply these skills in a purposeful way.
I like “mucking around with things” and I also like being outdoors.
